Terms of Service

Welcome to Piqly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Piqly mobile application (the “App”), operated by Piqly, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Piqly.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

Piqly allows users to upload photo sets and receive anonymous votes from other users.

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, explicit, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate

  • Upload photos of anyone under 16 years of age

  • Upload content you do not own or have permission to use

  • Attempt to manipulate voting or misuse the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Piqly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

This license ends when your content is deleted from the App.

5. Voting and Insights

Votes are anonymous and aggregated.

We do not guarantee:

  • A minimum number of votes

  • Specific results or outcomes

  • That insights reflect universal opinions

All insights are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Piqly offers optional paid subscriptions (“Premium”).

Subscriptions:

  • Are billed through your Apple ID account

  • Renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of results

  • Availability of the App

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piqly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Piqly, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
